Our Current Vision for 2026
Our vision for Telford and Wrekin over the next twenty years is set out in our 'Vision 2026' document. This document recognises Telford's potential and outlines our aspirations for the town so it can fulfil and exceed its potential over the coming years.
The Partnership want to shape and transform the Borough into a place where:
- there is a developing modern city with a vibrant centre;
- our most deprived areas are regnerated and renewed;
- our district centres are revitalised;
- we have a dynamic and vibrant economy;
- our schools are second to none and,
- growth in housing and business is encouraged and managed sensitively.
We want Telford to be known as:
- a modern city,
- a learning city,
- a green city,
- a safe, caring and healthy city and,
- a city of enterprise and innovation.
Vision 2026 is ambitious, aspirational and fully endorsed by the Telford & Wrekin Partnership.
